Shrikant Ghatpande has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Shrikant currently serves as a Board Director for Product Innovation R&D Strategy at tefoLOGIC Inc. Prior to this, they were a Board Director for Space Rocket Avionics R&D at Project Caelus, where they provided guidance for the design and development of avionics for aviation missions and advised the organization on finance, legal, and governance. In addition, Ghatpande has held positions at Bank of the West, The Home Depot, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Wegener, and HP. These roles involved responsibilities such as group product management, senior project management, and lead product R&D engineering. Throughout their career, Ghatpande has demonstrated expertise in areas such as product strategy, business transformation, and technology innovation.

Shrikant Ghatpande has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. Shrikant completed an Executive MBA program at the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, with a focus on General Management and Business Strategy. Shrikant'sundergraduate studies were done at the Department of Computer Science, Pune University, where they earned a BS in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Physics. In addition to these degrees, Shrikant also acquired several certifications and training. Shrikant obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program at Georgia State University, focusing on process improvements and business performance. Shrikant received the Certified SCRUM Master designation from the Scrum Alliance and an Agile customer outcome-based product owner certification from FactSet Research Systems, Inc. Shrikant also received training in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) from HP, UK, and completed courses on Negotiations skills for project management at The George Washington University and Machine learning for product owner at Duke University.
