Ayanika Maji

Ayanika Maji is a Senior Engineer at Tega Industries since August 2022, specializing in AutoCAD Inventor, DEM simulation, 3D modeling, 2D drawing, ESG compliance, marketing and communications, and product development. Prior experiences include a plant visit at Tata Steel and Steel Authority of India Limited in December and September 2022, respectively, a summer internship at TDK from February to July 2022, and an internship training role at National Refractories in September 2021. Ayanika also participated in industrial visits at Associated Ceramics Limited and Captain Steel India Ltd in September 2021. Academically, Ayanika earned a Bachelor of Technology in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Calcutta University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Vidyasagar University.
