Cynthia Besana has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Cynthia started their career at Lord Abbett in 2002 as a Portfolio Administrator, where they remained until 2004. Cynthia then moved on to Fiserv, where they held the positions of Senior Analyst and Team Leader from 2004 onwards. In 2008, they joined Tegra118 as the Manager of Customer Operations.

Cynthia Besana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Human Resources from Buffalo State University in 2002.
