Samuel Carrero

Samuel Carrero has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Samuel started their career in 2006 as a Service Desk Technician at Arise Virtual Solutions, where they provided assistance to customers and resolved technical issues. In 2008, they joined Citrix as a NetScaler AGEE Triage Support, responsible for handling critical issue phone calls and maintaining accurate CRM databases.
