Clark Hulbert

Clark Hulbert is an experienced leader in organizational development with a long tenure at Teichert, beginning in 1992. Clark currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Development, a role held since 2018, and has previously held multiple positions within the company, including Regional Manager for the Central Valley, Director Project Manager, and Area Manager, among others. Clark's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of the Pacific (1988-1992) and an Associate's Degree from the College of the Sequoias (1987-1988), complemented by foundational education at Tulare Union High School (1982-1986).
