Syed Qaiser Moin

Syed Qaiser Moin has been in the workforce since 2007. Syed Qaiser'sfirst role was as a Senior Customer Care Executive and Service Center Executive at Ufone from 2007 to 2017. During this time, they dealt with customers professionally, followed up on complaints, and kept records of customer interactions. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Visiting Lecturer at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education, where they taught Design and Analysis of Algorithm, Computer Architecture, and Fundamentals of Computer Programming. In 2019, they moved to Expresscommerce as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Project Coordinator, where they coached and mentored SQA Engineers and QA Analysts. Currently, Syed Qaiser Moin is a Technical Project Manager at Tekglide, where they conduct JAD sessions, business analysis, and requirements engineering activities during the initial discovery phase of envisioning eCommerce web solutions.

Syed Qaiser Moin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Karachi University in 2004, followed by a Master's degree in Applied Physics from the same university in 2007. Subsequently, in 2016, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Karachi University.
