Olga Ioannidou has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Olga was most recently the Head of People & Culture at Tekla Fabrics starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aesop from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition Advisor for Europe, Human Resources Advisor for the UK & Scandinavia, Human Resources Coordinator for the UK & Scandinavia, and Human Resources Assistant. Before joining Aesop, Olga worked at COS from 2011 to 2015, where they started as a Sales Advisor and later became a Trainee Manager before being promoted to Store Manager.
Olga Ioannidou completed their education with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Media Business from the University of Westminster in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Marketing Management from the University of Sunderland between 2007 and 2010.
In addition to their academic achievements, Olga Ioannidou has obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in December 2020 and in Fundamentals of Employment Law from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in January 2016.
