ERIC FOLSTON

Eric Folston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. ERIC began their career in 2006 as a Unit Training Manager with the Military Personnel Flight. ERIC then served as the Group Training Manager for the 779 Medical Group from 2008 to 2013. In 2012, they joined the Civil Engineering Squadron as a Unit Training Manager before transitioning to the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014 as an Air Force Element Training Manager. Eric then joined the United States Air Force in 2019 as the Training and Resources Superintendent and later worked as a Training Manager for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in 2020. ERIC also held the position of SETA Scheduler at SAIC from 2020 to 2021 before becoming a Human Resources Operations Specialist at TekMasters. Eric is known for their expertise in training and workforce development.

Eric Folston's education history includes two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. From 2006 to 2008, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology. Following that, from 2008 to 2009, they completed another Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained a Professional Management Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Community College of the Air Force, although the specific dates are unavailable.

Furthermore, Eric has pursued additional certifications related to Adobe Captivate. In July 2021, they completed the "Adobe Captivate 2017: Animations and Effects" course offered by LinkedIn, as well as the "Adobe Captivate Prime 2016 Essential Training" course, also provided by LinkedIn.
