Juan Barreto

Juan Barreto is the CFO and Co-Founder of Tekmovil. Prior to Tekmovil, Juan was the Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Tower International from October 2016 to April 2019. Juan was responsible for all finance functions of PTI Corporation including Treasury, AR, Collection, Planning, Disbursement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Taxes and Business Control. Juan provided direction and support on accounting and business issues, identified financial issues affecting business profitability, implemented effective solutions and sought financing for the company. Juan reported to the CEO and had a team of 40 resources.

Juan enabled the growth of PTI from 1,200 towers and $21.3M tower cash flow in October 2016 to 5,500 towers and $78.6M tower cash flow in April 2019. Juan also signed new Financing Facilities for a total of 765M for the US ($280M) & International ($485M) businesses. Other accomplishments during Juan's tenure at PTI include implementing a Budget process for the company, improving the Accounting close from 45 days to 10 days monthly closing process, reporting to shareholders investor package in a monthly basis, implementing ERP AX Microsoft Dynamics and establishing a Shared Service organization for Accounting and Accounts Payable.

Juan Barreto has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from KU Leuven in Finance General and International Business, and a Licentiate degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (PE).

They are on a team with Claudia Rodríguez - COO & Co-Founder, Wei Wang - CSO & Co-Founder, and Luis Cobo - CSO & Co-Founder. Juan Barreto reports to Oscar Rojas, CEO & Co-Founder.
