Katherine Balaban

Katherine currently serves as Teknion Client Success Coordinator, she works with the CSL team in order to ensure that internal processes are running as smoothly as possible. She received her BBA in Economics with a minor in French from Baylor University.

The people she works with at Teknion are her favorite part of her job. “The people I work alongside are immensely talented, kind, and humble. I am constantly blown away by the quality of work delivered coupled with the genuine care for the success of the team as a whole,” Katherine said. The three values that drive her in life are growth, curiosity, and connection.

Katherine grew up in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and currently lives in Dallas, Texas. When she’s not working, you can find Katherine running, playing pickleball, spending time in a park – doing essentially anything outside! She also loves a good dance class, coffee shop visit, and quality time with family and friends.
