Anne Louise Nielsen has a diverse work experience in the fields of food technology and chemical substitution. Anne Louise started their career as a PhD student at Aalborg University in 2004 and continued until 2009. After that, they joined Teknologisk Institut and worked as a Consultant from 2009 to 2013, focusing on substitution of harmful chemicals in various products. Anne Louise then took on the role of a Section Leader from 2015 to 2019 at the same institute, before being promoted to Director (Centerchef) at Food Technology in April 2019. Throughout their work experience, Anne Louise has demonstrated strong skills in project management, customer relations, fundraising, and business development.

Anne Louise Nielsen has a diverse education history. In 1996 to 1999, they attended Hjørring Gymnasium and completed their Matematisk student degree. From 1999 to 2004, they pursued a degree in Chemistry at Aalborg University, earning a Cand. Polyt qualification. Anne Louise then pursued an Executive education - Pasteurprogram, Leading the virtual company at Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2014.
