Kirsi Kekkonen

Kirsi Kekkonen serves as the Group HR Manager for Compliance, Labor, and Employee Relations at Teknos since March 2021, overseeing various HR functions including compliance, employee wellbeing, global mobility, and the implementation of a global HRIS tool. Prior to Teknos, Kirsi held the position of Group HR Coordinator at CGI from September 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included performance management and change management as an HR business partner. Previous experience includes roles such as HR Consultant, HR Summer Intern at Bank of Finland, Recruitment Assistant at ICT Direct, and HR Trainee at Lidl Suomi. Kirsi's educational background includes a Master's degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Helsinki, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat d'Alacant, complemented by Bachelor's degrees in Work Psychology and General Education from Aalto University and the University of Helsinki, respectively.
