Nora Muurikainen

Nora Muurikainen has extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and quality management. Nora is currently the Head of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality at Teknos, where they lead the Group HSEQ function and is responsible for strategy development and improvement initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at ABB as a Global HSE Manager and HSE Manager, driving compliance with HSE standards and policies. Nora also held the role of Quality and HSE Manager at Polarputki Oy, where they managed quality and HSE systems. Additionally, Nora has experience in quality management and production planning from their roles at Enics, GE Healthcare Finland Oy, Lindström Oy, Orion Pharma Oy, and Greycon Ltd.

Nora Muurikainen's education history includes a Diploma in International Health, Safety and Risk Management obtained at the University of Portsmouth from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Packaging Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Management at LUT University from 2006 to 2012. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Logistics, earning a Bachelor's degree at South Carelia Polytechnic from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nora Muurikainen has also earned additional certifications. Nora obtained the Senior Lead Investigator certification from ABB in January 2020, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Nordic Process Improvement in January 2012.
