Tomasz Nowakowski

Tomasz Nowakowski began their work experience in 1996 at Instal Kraków S.A. where they served as a Production Master until 2001. Tomasz then joined Teknos in 2002 as a Product Manager for anticorrosive paints. From 2004 to 2011, they held the position of Area Sales Director for anticorrosive paints, before becoming the Commercial Director for the same division from 2011 to 2019. Currently, Tomasz Nowakowski is the Commercial Director at Teknos.

Tomasz Nowakowski completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Chemical Technology from AGH University of Krakow, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Metallurgy from the same university, from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they pursued postgraduate studies in European Managers Studies - MBA type from Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Krakow School of Business KUE, during the period of 2009 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Tomasz Nowakowski has completed various leadership programs, including the Leadership Academy for Leading in Extreme Situations and the Leadership Academy for Self-Awareness, both offered by the Management Institute of Finland.
