Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson has worked in several roles across various companies. Jennifer began their career in 2007 as an Internet Marketing Communications Manager at Cleveland Clinic, where they managed website and content development projects for 18 institutes and hospitals. Jennifer then moved to Homax Products, Inc. in 2012, where they served as a Content Writer and Project Manager. In this role, they managed the implementation of Sitecore content management system and led digital content creation in support of a comprehensive Amazon and Big Box retail marketing strategy. In 2014, Jennifer joined Acxiom as a Client Service Manager, where they managed database solution integration projects from requirements gathering and SOW preparation to onboarding, implementation and daily production for retail clients. Most recently, Jennifer has held roles as an Engagement Manager at CDI LLC and as the Head Of Project Management at Tekscape.

Jennifer Jackson attended Baldwin Wallace University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
