Kimi Arora

Kimi Arora has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2012, they worked as an HR Executive at Falcon Freightlink Pvt. Ltd., where they handled internal recruitment, managed attendance and leave, and maintained HR records. From 2013 to 2015, Kimi served as a Senior Executive at Investors Clinic Infratech Limited, where they were responsible for creating training content, managing trackers, and monitoring new joiners' activities and sales data. In 2015, they joined KPMG India as an Administrator for Learning and Development, where they identified training needs, prepared training calendars, scheduled events, and tracked training progress. Following this, from 2015 to 2018, Kimi worked as an Assistant Manager at Syrup Technologies, focusing on recruitment and selection, conducting induction sessions, and organizing employee engagement events. Currently, they are Senior Human Resources Manager at Tekshapers, where they oversee talent development, on-boarding, and induction processes.

Kimi Arora obtained a Master's Degree in MBA - HR & IT from the Institute For Integrated Learning in Management between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, Kimi earned a Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech - IT from Kurukshetra University, spanning from 2005 to 2009. Kimi's education began with a High School diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Geeta Niketan Awasiya Vidyalya in 2004-2005.
