Timothy Bowen

Timothy Bowen is an IT Specialist MID at TEKsystems since February 2024, providing desktop support for the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet infrastructure at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and nearby satellite bases. Previously, from June 2021 to February 2024, Timothy served as a Technical Support Engineer at OvationCXM, delivering remote assistance to partners and merchants for in-store technology issues, including network troubleshooting and payment processing. Prior experience includes a role as a Police Detective for the City of Baltimore from December 2014 to January 2021, with various certifications in field training, counter-drug training, and incident management. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking & Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland.
