Carlos Alberto Pesantes Robles

Carlos Alberto Pesantes Robles has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Carlos Alberto'smost recent role is as the Director of Technology at Tekton Labs, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Tranzact, starting as a Software Developer in October 2012 and eventually becoming the Director of Software Development in September 2017. Before Tranzact, Carlos was a Technical Consultant at Logica (now part of CGI) from December 2010 to October 2012. Carlos Alberto also gained experience as a System Analyst at Servicios Generales S.R.L. from October 2008 to November 2010 and as a Systems trainee at Universidad Nacional de Trujillo from May 2008 to October 2008.

Carlos Alberto Pesantes Robles completed their Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, which they completed from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Carlos has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. Carlos Alberto earned the Certified Agile Leadership I certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2019. In November 2017, they achieved the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile. Carlos also holds the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2015, as well as the Certified Scrum Developer certification, obtained in August 2011.
