Carolina Hernández Jaunarena

Carolina Hernández Jaunarena has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carolina started their career at Globant, where they worked as a Facilities Analyst and later as a Project Manager in various projects, including PR Newswire and Orbitz Worldwide. Carolina then moved to Iceberg Solutions as a Project Manager, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing budgets, and overseeing project progress. Carolina also worked at Citi as a Project Manager for Latin American Digital Products. Carolina then joined Ualá as a Human Resources Manager before transitioning to HIT as a Senior Sales Executive. Carolina later worked at iuvity, where they held multiple roles, including Inside Sales, Business Development Manager, and Demand Generation Specialist. Their most recent position is as the Head of Demand Generation at Tekton Labs.

Carolina Hernández Jaunarena completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in HR - Management from the Universidad del Salvador from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bilingual High School Diploma from Bayard College from 1997 to 1999. In addition, they obtained a Certificate Scrum Master in September 2013.
