Natalie Fontana Brown has had a long and successful career in finance and operations. Natalie began their career in 2006 as the Social Chairman & Event Planner for the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation. In 2008, they worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator & Catering Strategist for Pamplemousse Grille. In 2010, they began working as a Financial Services Auditor and Assurance Auditor for Ernst & Young. In 2013, they moved to Partech International, where they served as a Financial Controller and US Fund Accountant. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Vice President Of Finance And Operations for Tekton Ventures. From 2021 to present, they have served as the Vice President Of Finance And Operations for Tsadik Impact LLC and Net Coin Discovery LLC.

Natalie Fontana Brown attended Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In 2008, they participated in the Business & International Affairs Program at IES Study Abroad - Paris.
