Ben Newcott

Ben Newcott has a strong background in strategic marketing and sales. Ben is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Marketing at TELA Bio since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Marketing and Strategy at R2 Technologies, Inc. from January 2022 to July 2022. Before that, they were the Owner and Founder of Newcott Consulting, LLC, where they served as a Strategic Marketing Consultant from March 2021 to July 2022.

Prior to their consulting company, Ben was the Vice President of Sales at Revance Therapeutics, Inc. from August 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they successfully built and managed a national sales team and launched facial injectable products, surpassing corporate goals.

Ben also had an extensive 11-year career at Allergan in various roles, including Executive Director of Marketing, Director of Strategic Marketing for Plastic Surgery, Regional Sales Manager, Surgical Sales Representative, and Senior Product Manager. Prior to Allergan, Ben worked as a Product Manager at Advanced Medical Optics and as a Technical Manager for Business Development and Marketing at Bantu.

Ben Newcott completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boston University in 1999. Ben later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from UC Irvine, which they obtained in 2005.
