Beatriz de Miguel Ayllón

Beatriz de Miguel Ayllón serves as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Teladoc Health since March 2020, overseeing HR functions in over 20 countries outside the United States and reporting to the President of Teladoc Health International. Prior to this role, Ayllón held leadership positions in talent management and HR at Logista and Indra, where responsibilities included global talent management, learning and development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as HR information systems. Ayllón's earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal at Maersk Line, a Senior Manager in Human Capital at 2C casado CONSULTING, and a Manager in Strategy & Management Consulting at Accenture. Ayllón also worked as a Technology Services Consultant at Altran and as an IT Support Technician at the University of Basque Country. Ayllón holds a General Management Program degree from IESE Business School and two Master's degrees in Electronic Engineering and Physics from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
