Nisha Raghavan

Nisha Raghavan, MBA, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Strategy at Teladoc Health since November 2023. Previously held roles include Global Employer Branding and Social Media Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific from August 2020 to July 2023, where strategic initiatives enhanced talent acquisition capabilities. Prior to that, Nisha worked with the American Heart Association from October 2015 to August 2020, focusing on employer branding and recruitment marketing, significantly improving brand reputation. Nisha is also the author of the blog "Your HR Buddy!!", founder of India HR LIVE, and has contributed as a co-host for DriveThru HR and as an official blogger for SHRM We Know Next. Nisha's early career included significant HR roles at Reliance Communications Limited in India. Nisha holds an MBA with a specialization in HR and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calicut.
