Tim Mahota

Tim Mahota is currently the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Telcoin, a global fintech company. Prior to this, Tim held similar positions at Mint Exchange, Integral Development Corporation, Partnervest Financial Group, and Mercer Advisors. Tim also has experience working as an attorney at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Mahota holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and has completed various degrees and diplomas in law, securities regulation, and compliance.
