Pam Southern

Pam Southern has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Pam is currently the Group Human Resource Director at Telcom since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resource Director International at Iconix Brand Group from March 2020 to September 2021. From January 2012 to December 2019, Pam was the HR Manager at Fresenius Kabi, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and organization development solutions. Pam also ensured compliance with employment laws and best practices. Before that, they worked as the Company HR Manager at Total Fitness from March 2008 to October 2011, overseeing HR processes, strategy implementation, and supporting business managers. Pam's early career included various management roles at Tesco Stores Limited, starting in 1993. Pam served as a Store Personnel Manager from 2000 to 2008, a Training Manager from 1995 to 2000, and held various management positions from 1993 to 1995.

Pam Southern attended Brookvale Comprehensive from 1983 to 1989. During their time at Brookvale Comprehensive, Pam did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring from ILM in November 2021 and Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD in April 2016.
