James Lockhart has a diverse work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. James started their career as a RIO Data Administrator at NHS Berkshire in 2009. From there, they transitioned to Maxell Europe, where they worked as a European Product Manager from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they joined Hama UK as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing various product categories and brands. In 2015, they moved to Bullitt Group Ltd and held positions as a Product Manager for both the Land Rover Explore phone and mobile accessories. In 2019, they joined Adam Phones Limited, working as a Product Manager, focusing on bringing robust telecoms products to market. Currently, they are the Head of Product Marketing at TelcoSwitch, where they are responsible for defining product and service value propositions and creating marketing assets for channel partners and end-customers.

James Lockhart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from King's College London in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels in Geography, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology at Leighton Park from 1999 to 2004. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration at Oxford Brookes University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Maas360 Architect from IBM in 2019.
