Felicita di Rosa

Felicita Di Rosa has extensive experience in human resources management and project delivery, currently serving at TIM in the TIM Academy & Development - Needs, Design & Quality division since June 2015. In this role, Felicita focuses on identifying training and development needs, designing appropriate solutions for upskilling and reskilling, and measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as HR Information System Manager at TIM, where project management for HR systems and the implementation of the Human Capital Management System were key responsibilities. Felicita also held various positions at Telecom Italia Information Technology, including Account Manager and Project Manager, overseeing projects related to SAP implementations and business intelligence solutions.
