Irfan A. began their work experience in 2000 in various leadership roles before transitioning into a career in HR. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Plan International as a Senior Business Partner in People and Culture, where they focused on strategic planning, employee lifecycle functions, coaching, and improving policies and systems. In 2019, they joined the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, first as a Business Partnerships Manager and then as the Head of People and Capability.
