Charlie Lever

Charlie Lever has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the aerospace and defense industry. Charlie is currently employed as the Director of Business Development at Teledyne Brown Engineering since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Aerojet Rocketdyne as a Senior Specialist in Business Development from March 2022 to September 2023. From July 2019 to March 2022, Charlie served as the Director of Government Solutions at Iridium. Charlie also has experience at the Missile Defense Agency, where they held roles such as Deputy Director, Executive Officer, and Division Chief from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Charlie served as the Dean of Education at the National Security Space Institute from 2012 to 2015 and as a Military Assistant at ISAF from 2011 to 2012. Charlie began their career at the Air Force Personnel Center in 2009 and also worked at the National Reconnaissance Office/United States Air Force from 1999 to 2011.

Charlie Lever attended The Citadel from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In 2004, they enrolled at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from 2004 to 2006. In 2009, Charlie attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College and in 2018, they participated in the United States Air Force Air War College.
