Fcipd Alison McGuinness

Alison McGuinness started their career as a Personnel & Training Co-ordinator at Sainsbury's before being promoted to Personnel Manager. Alison then transitioned to Aroma Cafe as a Senior Manager Human Resources after the acquisition by McDonalds. Alison continued their HR journey at The Tetley Group Ltd as an International Comp & Bens Manager. Afterwards, Alison joined First Data Corporation as the Head of HR Operations/Head of Reward for over 10 years. Alison is now the Executive HR Director at Teledyne e2v, where Alison oversees the HR strategy for the APAC region and is responsible for global Talent, Pay and Performance functions. Alison holds a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
