Victor Feigels

Victor Feigels is a Senior Scientist at Optech. Prior to this role, Victor held the title of Chief Scientist at Teledine Optech, Inc. since April 2012. Victor has a background in education from ITMO University, where Victor completed their studies from 1964 to 1970.
