Alan Manara has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the engineering and technology industry. Alan most recently worked as the VP Engineering / Quality at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, where they focused on the development and manufacturing of electronic hybrid and electro-mechanical components for various markets including aerospace, communications, military, energy, and medical.

Prior to that, Alan held the position of Director Engineering / Business Development at TT Electronics plc, where they were responsible for the development and manufacturing of electronic/mechanical control systems and sensors for markets such as aerospace, automotive, commercial, and energy. Alan worked with notable customers including GM, Delphi, Ford, Visteon, Mercedes, Hyundai, Kia, Continental, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, GE Medical, and Siemens.

Before joining TT Electronics, Alan served as Director - Engineering / Business Development at TransDigm Group Inc., where they focused on digital communication and data management systems for airborne platforms and other aerospace components. Alan collaborated with customers such as Boeing, Airbus, Alenia, Embraer, Bombardier, UTC, NATO, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon.

Alan also gained significant experience during their tenure at ITT Inc., where they held the role of Sr. VP Engineering / Innovation / Technology. In this position, they led the development and manufacturing of electronic/mechanical control and IoT monitoring systems and components for various markets including automotive, aerospace, commercial, transportation, energy, and medical. Alan'snotable customers included Tesla, BMW, Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, the Department of Defense (DoD), GE Medical, and Siemens.

Earlier in their career, Alan held various positions at TT Electronics - Sensors and Control Systems Division, Bourns - Sensors and Controls Division, and other companies. These roles involved responsibilities such as engineering, new product development, business development, and management in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, commercial, energy, and medical. Alan worked with prestigious customers including GM, Delphi, Ford, Visteon, Mercedes, Hyundai, Kia, Continental, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and more.

Alan Manara holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Alan also completed a program in Building Innovative Organizations at MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition, they pursued PhD studies in Electrical Engineering at New Mexico State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and completed dual Bachelor degrees in Electronics and Mechanics at Durango College of Technology.
