Jens Engrund

Jens Engrund serves as the Director of Talent & Learning at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated since May 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing talent and learning practices globally. Previously, Jens held roles such as Senior Talent & Learning Manager and Talent Manager at Teledyne FLIR, focusing on attracting and developing leaders within the Solutions division. Prior experience includes positions at FLIR Systems as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and various roles at Assessio, including Vice Director of Consultancy, where operational integration of consultancy services was a key function. Jens began in recruitment with Randstad, managing staffing solutions for Kraft Foods, and has a solid academic background with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stockholm University and University West, respectively.
