Michael Molholm has extensive work experience in various roles related to supply chain management, project implementation, and business analysis. Michael began their career as a Shipping Manager at Keebler Company in 1988 and later served as an Operations Manager and Department Manager Distribution Operations. During their time at Keebler, they successfully negotiated contracts, managed large inventory facilities, and developed operating budgets. In 1996, they joined a Technology Solutions Company as a Principal Project Manager, and in 2002, they became a Department Manager (Distribution / Supply Chain) at JBS USA. In 2006, Michael joined Chief Industries as an IFS Team Lead/Functional Business Analyst, where they remained until 2015. At Chief Industries, they played a pivotal role in implementing and leading the IFS system. Following that, Michael worked as an Implementation Consultant and Senior Project Manager at Canyon Tech, specializing in helping supply chain customers transition to new software. Currently, they are employed at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated as a Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain and Project Implementation Lead.
Michael Molholm earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Lamar Community College in 1983. Michael then went on to attend the University of Northern Colorado, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from 1983 to 1985.
