Manuel Delgado Serrano

Manuel Delgado Serrano is an experienced security manager at Telefónica Tech since April 2022, with prior expertise in project management within Naval Defense Systems at Indra from July 2016 to April 2022. At Indra, Manuel contributed to various projects related to Electronic Warfare, Radar, and IT Security for international clients throughout all project phases. Previously, from November 2013 to June 2016, Manuel worked at ELECNOR, focusing on fiber optic network deployment for major telecommunications companies like Vodafone, Orange, and Jazztel, while managing subcontractors under tight deadlines. Manuel holds a Máster Interuniversitario en Seguridad de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and an Ingeniería de Telecomunicación from Universidad de Alcalá, along with an Erasmus scholarship experience at Linköping University.
