Mohd Shazwan Nabil Shukor

Mohd Shazwan Nabil Shukor is an experienced professional in the technology sector with a diverse background in support and engineering roles. Currently serving as Global Support at Telegram Messenger since June 2019, Mohd Shazwan previously worked at Facebook as a Data Centre Engineer from February 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing data center structures, leading teams, and overseeing project repairs. Prior experience includes working as a Global System Engineer at Shell from April 2008 to October 2010, addressing in-house software issues, and serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Dell for Malaysian corporate users in 2007. Mohd Shazwan holds an M.Sc in Technopreneurship Information Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a B.Sc in Computer Science (Software Development) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka.
