Tatum Goetting

Tatum Goetting is a news reporter currently employed at the Worcester Telegram & Gazette since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a counter staff and barista at McLain's Bakery + Market from August 2021 to May 2023, and as a reporting intern at the Lawrence Journal-World, where Tatum covered community news, took photographs, and established connections with city officials. Additional reporting experience includes serving as a Kansas Statehouse Reporter for the KU Wire Service, where Tatum covered legislative activities, and as a Senior Reporter for The University Daily Kansan, focusing on student senate meetings and protests. Tatum also worked as a city and education reporter for the Eudora Times and in various editorial and assistant roles with other publications. Educational credentials include dual Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Kansas and specific training from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
