Iwona Jurgielaniec (MA, MSc, Assoc CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR Business Partnering at Telehouse Europe since December 2013, with a progressive career including roles as Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and HR Officer. Responsibilities encompass managing employee life cycles, recruitment processes, onboarding, employee relations, and off-boarding procedures. Prior to this, Iwona worked at Fineshade Energy Ltd. as an Admin/HR Officer, focusing on HR coordination and general administration in an international oil distribution context. Earlier experience includes an administrative role at GMG Educational. Iwona holds a Level 7 Diploma in HR Management from CIPD, a Master’s Degree in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster, and an MA in Social Sciences: Philosophy from the University of Wroclaw.
