Joel Nyirongo

Joel Nyirongo has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Joel started their career in 2018 as an Enterprise Sales Specialist at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited. In this role, they focused on driving sales for enterprise clients.

In 2021, Joel joined DataCom.Mw Ltd as a Network Technician. Joel provided technical support and contributed to business development efforts. After six months, they transitioned to the role of Network Support & Business Development Officer.

Joel then returned to Telekom Networks Malawi Limited in 2022 as a Technical Pre-Sales Officer. Joel was responsible for conducting technical pre-sales activities to support the company's products and services. Later, they took on the position of Technical Presales & Support Technician - Central & Northern Region.

Following this, Joel attended Malawi University of Science & Technology from 2016 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology. Currently, they are enrolled at the Cisco Networking Academy, working towards a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification in Information Technology.
