Geir Dyngeland

Geir Dyngeland is a legal expert with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Head of Legal for Telenor Norge AS and Vice President of Group Legal at Telenor ASA since February 2005. Additionally, Geir held positions on the Board of Directors for Telenor A/S, Telenor Danmark Holding A/S, Telenor Sverige AB, and Telenor Sverige Holding AB between 2017 and 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Adviser at the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority and an Adviser at the Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications. Geir's academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College London, a Master of Laws in Computer Law/IPR from Western Sydney University, a Cand.
