Kaaren Hilsen

Kaaren Hilsen serves as the Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer for Telenor Infrastructure since April 2023 and is a Board Member at Allente Nordic. Prior roles include CEO of Telenor Nordic Towers AS and Telenor Sverige AB, as well as Group CFO at Betsson AB. Kaaren has contributed to various boards, including TechSverige and The British International School of Stockholm. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European Studies from Nottingham Trent University and executive education at IMD and INSEAD.
