Josie M. has a diverse background in communications, marketing, and sales. Josie started as a Business Development Manager at Blaze Publishing Limited in May 2006 and transitioned to the role of Head of Sales in May 2011. Josie then moved on to Viking Arms Ltd as a Marketing and Communications Manager from May 2018 to August 2019. Following this, they worked at AirTanker as a Communications Delivery Manager from August 2019 to August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Communications and Engagement at Telent Technology Services Ltd since November 2020.

Josie M. completed their Bachelor of Science in Media Production (video, radio & animation), Computer Science & Engineering at De Montfort University from 2003 to 2006.
