Jamey Hendrix, MBA, CPCU, possesses extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at Teleperformance, Jamey has previously held significant positions such as Sr. Director of Licensing at Sitel, Vice President of Customer Service and Vendor Management at AppStar Financial, and Contact Center Manager at Dealertrack. Additionally, Jamey is the owner of Hendrix & Associates Consultants. Jamey holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
