Otmane Serraj

Otmane Serraj is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, and information technology across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial and Shared Services Officer at Majorel since January 2019, Otmane leads the finance, IT, HR, and legal functions while acting as Group CFO and CIO. Previous roles include General Manager of the Outsourcing Division at SAHAM Group and CEO of Phone Group, where Otmane oversaw significant operations across the Middle-East and Africa. Earlier career highlights feature leadership positions at companies such as Dell, Atos, and Payzone IRE, focusing on sales management, operations, and strategic development.
