Petria Simatupang

Petria Simatupang is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Teleperformance since June 2024. Prior to this role, Petria held similar leadership positions at RedDoorz and PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, contributing to the management of recruitment processes and strategies. Petria's career also includes positions as Regional People Partner at BlueFox International and Staffing Team Lead at Honeywell, focusing on cost reduction in recruitment.
