Radwa Selim

Radwa Selim is a professional with extensive experience in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance for AT&T Cricket Wireless since April 2024, Radwa previously worked as a Senior Client Support Specialist at Bosta from August 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included onboarding and training new hires and managing ticket assignments for agents. Prior to that, Radwa held the position of Senior Telesales Representative at CIB Egypt from January 2020 to June 2022, focusing on product promotion and application screening. Radwa's career began with an internship at the Industrial Development and Workers Bank of Egypt in August 2019.
