Rajiv Saxena

Rajiv Saxena is an experienced executive in operations management with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Teleperformance in the USA since February 2014, Rajiv manages North American facilities generating approximately $750 million in revenue across 11 locations. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Operations at Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, Operations Manager at Fuddruckers, and Managing Partner at Indiclub, where responsibilities included opening new establishments, managing day-to-day operations, and planning large-scale events. Rajiv also held the position of Director of Residential Services at Evershine Residential Services, overseeing state-funded programs for foster children, and served as Group General Manager for Bombay Grill Group of Restaurants, where Rajiv managed multiple locations.
