Razvan Toma

Razvan Toma possesses extensive experience in process excellence and digital transformation within the business process outsourcing and banking sectors. As the EMEA Regional Head of Process Excellence at Teleperformance, Razvan leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles at Genpact included Lean Digital Transformation Lead for Europe, overseeing digital processes and innovation services, and leading the Process Excellence Group. At ING Bank, Razvan served as a LSS Master Black Belt, previously holding a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Project Manager position in ING Bank Romania & Hungary. Early in Razvan's career at Honeywell, roles included European Buyer and Process Improvement Engineer. Academically, Razvan holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Honeywell International.
