Dijana Oklobdzija

Dijana Oklobdzija is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and people development. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Telesign since June 2020, Dijana leads a team of recruiters and partners with executives to shape talent strategy and processes. Previously, at Humanity.com, Inc., from April 2015 to May 2020, Dijana held roles as Recruitment Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities included developing hiring strategies and managing onboarding processes. Earlier career positions include Technical Recruiter at Endava and Drey Corporation, and HR Generalist at Beo Resurs. Dijana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade and a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad.
