Lixin Bao has extensive experience as a Customer Success Manager in various companies such as TeleSign, Oracle, and Verticurl. At TeleSign, Lixin takes care of strategic accounts in APAC, working closely with internal departments to solve business and technical issues for clients. At Oracle, Lixin specialized in CRM, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, BI, and Data Platform Management. While at Verticurl, Lixin worked as a Senior Customer Success Executive, helping companies improve processes to drive leads and revenue. Lixin also worked as a Counselor at Tiandao Education and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology Science from Sichuan University.
